- To WorkSafeBC as required under OHS Regulation 7.8(3) for hearing test results
- To the employer for purposes of their Hearing Conservation Program

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes secure electronic storage, access controls, and encrypted transmission of hearing test data to WorkSafeBC.

Hearing test records are retained as long as required by applicable regulations (OHS Reg 7.9 — records kept as long as the worker is employed by the employer). Other personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Under PIPA, you have the right to:
- Access your personal information held by us
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent for collection or use (subject to legal requirements)
- Request information about our privacy practices
